The Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme (EEO) is a regulation that obliges energy traders to implement energy efficiency measures in order to reduce their customers' energy consumption. This scheme supports energy efficient investments and encourages the achievement of sustainability goals, while providing the opportunity for the financial sale of Certified Energy Savings (CERs).
